Click On Me To Download
Start Ad-aware by double clicking the desktop icon or by selecting it from the start menu.

The above screen will now be on display. Click Check for updates now.

Click Connect.

This screen shows that an update is available. Click OK.

The update is now being downloaded.

If no updates are found this screen will be shown. Click OK.

The text next to the arrow, underneath Current Operation will relate to whether any updates were found and downloaded or not. Click Finish to complete the process.
Now would be a good time to run a scan, otherwise exit the program with the cross.

Start Ad-aware by double clicking the desktop icon or by selecting it from the start menu.

The above screen will now be on display. Click Start.

Select the second option, Perform full system scan. Click Next.

The above screen shows a scan in progress.

The scan is complete and no critical objects were found. Click Next.

Place a tick in the box next to MRU List, then click Next, this will clear Most Recently Used items from the computer.

Click OK to proceed.
Ad-Aware can now be closed by clicking the cross.
